Dr. Karen Lehman

Dentist

The Walnutport Dental Center opened in the summer of 2004. From a humble beginning, the practice has thrived in the Walnutport community. Dr. Lehman has involved herself in community events in both the Walnutport and Slatington Boroughs.  Recently she adopted the roll of dental advisor for the Northern Lehigh School District. Outside of work, Dr. Lehman and her dog Abby have trained and become active members of Wolfpack Search and Recovery. This is an organization called upon by police to assist in human recovery efforts. Dr. Lehman’s warmth and caring personality, coupled with her dental knowledge truly make the Walnutport Dental Center everyone’s perfect choice for dental care!

Jennifer

Clinical Assistant

Jennifer has been Dr. Lehman’s assistant since October of 2020, until that time she worked with a dentist in Hazelton until he retired. Before he retired, Jennifer went on to earn her expanded functions dental assistant license in 2019. Her role at the office is multifaceted. Not only does Jennifer work side by side with Dr. Lehman, but she is tasked with many behind the scene functions that allow the office to run smoothly. Her free time is spent with family and her expansive collection of furry, scaled and feathered friends.

Jodee

Hygienist

Jodee began her dental career twenty-four years ago as a dental assistant. In 2004, she became a dental hygienist and she has enjoyed educating and encouraging patients throughout her dental journey. Jodee’s favorite part of her job is providing patients the experience of gentle dental care and the feeling of a great smile. Jodee resides locally with her husband and daughter. She enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and going on adventures.

Mary

Office Manager

Mary has been with the team since 2005. She brings a special loving touch to the dental experience. Always welcoming, Mary will greet you with a smile and help you with any questions regarding your dental treatment, fees or insurance issues. Essential to the workings of the office, patients have come to look forward to their interaction with Mary when they come into the office.

Tanya

Office Reception

Tanya has been with Walnutport Dental Center since 2021. Prior to this position she worked with a Podiatrist for eighteen years. The skills she brought to the office made it an easy transition for her to handle patient accounts, schedule appointments, and ensure our patients feel welcomed and informed. She has quickly become an integral part of our dental team. In her spare time, Tanya has a lot to keep her busy. She loves family time, hunting, her dog Ruger and she can be seen standing proud with her team, “Go Steelers”!
